How can I listen to music in my Ipod Nano while it is charging?

Well i wanna listen to music in my ipod while it is charging but i dont know how, i saw something before but i forgot where it was. Can you please help me?
My computers speakers arent working…and the plug in for the earphones is too far away XD

you can if youre using the usb power adapter to charge, but if youre using your computer, it has to be usb 2.0

    if you have speakers for your computer itunes should play your music.
