How do the people that post music video, music lyrics, not get banned with their uploads in YouTube?

I was thinking of making a lyric music video ,but i know that YouTube are banning people,especially people who uses a singer’s song or something like that. Tell me how to post a lyric music video without getting banned by YouTube. Thanks..=)
How about if i want to subscribe as a partner? Do i continue putting the disclaimer in the description?
