What is a safe site I can convert Youtube music to iTunes?

I just wanted to convert a couple songs from youtube to iTunes, but I’m don’t know of any safe converting website? If you know, can you please help me?

It will help you to download videos from youtube to your computer, and also help you put them on your iTunes and iPod.
This is the fastest (and easiest) way.
1. download the video (it will automatically be saved to your PC)
2. convert the video to mp4 format (or mp3)
3. drag the mp4/mp3 into iTunes, then sync with your ipod.
